Missouri Abortion Fund works directly with clinics to assist any Missouri resident. If you or a loved one needs help paying for an abortion, please inquire about financial assistance when you make an appointment.

Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region
Reproductive Health Services of Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri provides medication abortion and surgical abortion care up to 26 weeks at the Fairview Heights Health Center in Fairview Heights, IL.
Planned Parenthood Great Plains
Medication abortion ("the pill") is offered at PPGP's Comprehensive Health Centers in Overland Park and Wichita, Kansas. Surgical abortion up to 21.6 weeks is offered at PPGP's Comprehensive Health Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
CHOICES: Center for reproductive health
CHOICES, Carbondale, Illinois offers comprehensive reproductive health care, including abortion. Services are available to everyone who walks through their doors—even if they can’t afford the full cost of the services they need.

The Hope clinic for women
Hope Clinic provides both medication abortion and surgical abortion care up to 23.6 weeks, and are located in Granite City, Illinois, about 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis.
TRUST Women wichita
Trust provides abortions up to 21 weeks and 6 days, the Kansas legal limit. The clinic offers both medication (up to 11 weeks) and procedural (up to 21.6 weeks) abortions. This is also one of the closest abortion clinics to the Oklahoma border.
ARIA MEDICAL
Aria is an abortion clinic in Wichita, Kansas offering abortion pills. They provide medication abortions in Kansas for people traveling from any state.

AEGES Health Clinic offers expedited abortion services including telehealth medication abortions, in-clinic medication abortion visits up to 11 weeks, as well as procedure abortions up to 14 weeks in a caring and comfortable setting. AEGES is located approximately 35 minutes from St. Louis.
